Tech that
works.
You have already bought the technology. Most of it is doing a fraction of what it can. We connect what you own, specify only what you're actually missing, and keep the whole thing running.
Why we changed what we do
The industry sells capability faster than anyone can absorb it.
For twenty-five years — since the internet stopped being an experiment and became something every business simply had — the pitch has not changed. The next thing will fix it. Buy the platform. Buy the upgrade. Buy the tier above the one you're on.
What nobody sells is the part where it gets used. So it accumulates. Cameras that record footage nobody can retrieve. A phone system that was never connected to the calendar. Licences for features switched on for a demo three years ago and not since. Every one of them paid for, monthly, forever.
We think closing that gap is the entire job. Not more technology — more use out of the technology you were already sold.
How the work runs
Four steps, in this order.
You can stop after any one of them. Plenty of clients take the inventory and go fix things themselves.
- 01
Take inventory
Start with what you already own Before anyone sells you anything else, we find out what you have, what it can do, and what you are already paying for twice. - 02
Make it work together
Design before purchase We design the smallest set of changes that gets your existing systems talking, and specify anything genuinely new so it fits what is already there. - 03
Put it in
Installed, configured, handed over We do the physical and the configuration work, across as many sites as you have, and we do not leave until someone on your side can actually run it. - 04
Keep it running
The part most people skip Ongoing care — monitoring, patching, renewals, and a number that a person answers. This is the works, kept in working order.
What we work on
Security & video
Cameras, recorders, cloud video, alarm and door access — across one site or forty.
Networks & connectivity
The wiring, switching and Wi-Fi everything else depends on. Usually where the fault actually is.
Identity & access
Who gets into what, from which device, and what happens the day they leave.
Endpoints & mobile
Laptops, phones and tablets enrolled, patched, and recoverable when one goes missing.
Business platforms
Microsoft 365, point of sale, scheduling, phones — the tools the day actually runs on.
Vendor wrangling
Renewals, licensing tiers, support escalations. We read the invoice so you do not have to.

An inventory takes a day or two and ends in a document you keep, whether or not you do anything else with us.
