Make it work together

This is where the work gets earned. Anyone can quote a rip-and-replace. The harder and cheaper job is finding the four changes that make eleven existing things behave like one system.

We design against what you own. If the cameras you bought in 2021 will do what you need with a firmware update and a network change, that is the design. If they genuinely will not, we say so and explain exactly why.

When something new is required, we specify it with the connections written down — what it has to integrate with, which protocols, which licence tier, which data has to move where. That specification goes to your vendors as a requirement. It is the difference between buying a product and buying a part that fits.

Deliverable is a design document: current state, target state, the changes between them, and the cost of each. You own it. You can build it with us or take it elsewhere.
