Make it work together

This is where the work gets earned. Anyone can quote you a pile of hardware. The harder and better job is finding the smallest system that does the job properly and leaves room for the next piece.

We design against what you have and what you actually want. If the cameras you bought in 2021 will do what you need with a firmware update and a network change, that is the design. If new hardware is genuinely the right call, we say so and specify exactly what.

Every new piece is specified with the connections written down — what it has to integrate with, which protocols, which licence tier, which data has to move where, and where the next piece plugs in later. That specification goes to your vendors as a requirement. It is the difference between buying a product and buying a part that fits.

Deliverable is a design document: current state, target state, the changes between them, and the cost of each. You own it. You can build it with us or take it elsewhere.
